Notable Projects

Broadcast E-mail Platform (2004 - Present)

Developed a horizontally scalable infrastructure for sending broadcast emails at rates exceeding 1,000,000 messages per hour per server.  The platform has been utilized for several US presidential and midterm elections.

Voice Surveying Platform (2006 - Present)

Developed a horizontally scalable VoIP infrastructure for conducting phone surveys with a customized VoIP handset firmware.  Peak concurrent calls exceed 6,000 with more than 2,500,000 phone calls per day.  Elaborate dashboards, analytics, and visualizations were utilized to continually improve performance and reach.  The platform has been utilized for several US presidential and midterm elections.

Audio & Video Encoding Platform (2010 - 2015)

Developed a horizontally scalable audio and video encoding platform with configurable output "recipes" using an embedded Javascript API.
